Yo particularmente lo elegí por la cercanía a las sedes del Festival de Cine y fue muy cómodo poder ir caminando a todos los sitios. Zona segura, se podía caminar sola tranquilamente tarde en la noche.

La mampara de la ducha del baño es muy chica y eso hace que el baño quede bastante mojado después de bañarse.

Un piso muy bonito, espacioso y amueeblado con gusto!
Lo unico que nos molesto fue el ruido de la calle.
(Pero en nuestro caso, nos decidimos por este piso y no por el que nos ofrecieron primero, que hubiera sido mas tranquilo)
