Just 400 meters from the Buen Pastor Cathedral, the apartment has a bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and a large terrace. La Concha beach is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment has a bathroom that is equipped with a modern shower.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi internet connection and heating for the winter season. It has optional parking in the same building with direct access by elevator. Parking on public roads is complicated, so we recommend using the optional parking space.

Only 2 things…we wish we’d known there was no a/c. We didn’t understand until the end that we needed to bring out the fans and that the thermostat was only for heat. It would be helpful if that information was communicated.

Nada, está bonito, acogedor y muy limpio. Sólo como recomendación pienso que sería recomendable dejar un juego de toallas y sábanas a mayores por si fuera necesario, aunque el personal te lo facilita si lo necesitas( la atención muy buena)

No nos gusto que El Barrio está en construcción,por lo q había mucho ruido de los trabajadores desde bien pronto hasta la tarde. La calle estaba cortada por las obras y Eda imposible aparcar en las inmediaciones. Una vez acabadas la obras será un sitsee more
