The apartment is in a fantastic location, easy access to train and buses and very walkable. Balcony is large and excellent space. Very nice overall. The kitchen is limited and no basic supplies provided, not even oil, salt, pepper or coffee.

Please note there is likely no parking on the street near the office. Communication with the company was EXCELLENT! The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as described online. The terrace is quite large and lovely! We enjoyed the location - not too bad a walk to the beach area, while you feel you are staying in an area of mainly locals living and socializing nearby. Note that there are no starters like coffeelaundry soap but you can easily pick these up on the street at a shop nearby.

Da Vinci is a very special flat my mother and I stayed comfortably for 10 days it is located close to cafes, lovely bakeries and a little supermarket, where you can find pretty much everything needed. In fact, the flat is close to the commercial area of San Sebastian (little shops and boutiques and fab restaurants), and La Concha beach with its emerald colour sea is right there - just a few minutes walk. The staff at Rentals is professional, friendly and provide a hospitality service that equals the best hotels I have visited in the past. Highly recommended.

Genial! Buena opcion y nos hemos quedado con ganas de repetir. Quizas para estancias de una semana se agradeceria alguna pastilla mas para el lavavajillas, jabon etc... por lo demas nuestra estancia fue de lo más confortable.

No funcionaba la calefacción y nos tuvimos que arreglar con el aire acondicionado que es mucho menos agradable que la calefacción. Tampoco iba el wifi ni el hilo musical.
Al comunicarlo dieron explicaciones muy amables y nos solucionaron lo del wisee more
