The apartment is in the very best area in the heart of the city. The building is set on a pedestrian walk by the beach, within a short walk to the Old Quarter. The private access to the front door of the building is on Zubieta Street and has a few steps. The area surrounding the apartment consists on beautiful gardens and pedestrian walks where you can experience a relaxing carefree holiday for you and your family.
This dazzling apartment with an impressive sea view has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with a dining area, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and 4 balconies. The living room and the master bedroom face the sea. Both have direct access to two balconies overlooking the bay. Two bedrooms have twin beds while the other two bedrooms have double beds. The beds are quite firm-harder than I prefer, but certainly not too soft. There is a septic oder from the inner courtyard that got quite strong toward the end of our stay. Plenty of towels, and the cleaning in the middle was lovely. We had to furnsee more

We had to furnish all condiments (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, and almost all laundry soap, hand soap, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper) ourselves, which is fine, but is nice to know ahead. The knives are terrible and the scissors need replacing. A knife sharpener would help. The vacuum cleaner does not have much suction at all and is really not useful. Probably needs servicing, new bags and filtersreplacing. It would be lovely to have had beach towels & chairs. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you so much!!! Susan Smith
