Description
Located in a contemporary building designed by noted architect Luis Peña Ganchegui, the apartment overlooks Santa Clara island, La Concha beach, the old port, Igueldo, Urgull and Ondarreta beach. The apartment is in quiet gated community. It is located on the first floor with elevator access. The views are beautiful all year round, and perfect for enjoying the fireworks during Semana Grande in August, the rowing regattas in September and other sporting and cultural events. From the complex there is a private elevator down to Paseo de Miraconcha, so going to the beach is quick and easy. The nearest supermarket is also just a few steps from the elevator.
The apartment´s open floorplan provides ample natural light and allows the ocean breeze to flow through. The unique location makes it possible to hear the ocean waves but not the traffic of Miraconcha. It is spacious (166m2) with fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room and large living room with dining area (confortably seats 10) and queen murphy bed. The master bedroom has views of the bay, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and garden view. The third bedroom has folding bunk beds and is great for children. Two full bathrooms face these bedrooms, one with walk-in shower and one with bathtub/shower. There is optional private parking in an enclosed garage with space for two cars.

You need to bring some basic cooking stuff and coffee , etc… But there is a market just around the corner. Hope to return someday!

The walk to old town is a little long but it’s a pleasant walk by the coast. We knew that ahead of booking. Check in / out was simple and flexible. The 8 of us really enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián, thank you again!
