The street can be loud at night - especially on the weekend. We woke up to some drunk revelers outside the window. That's no fault of the apartment.

The apartment was spacious and clean and easily accommodated the 7 of us staying. We loved there were 3 bathrooms so we all had plenty of privacy. The amenities were modern. Having a lift was very convenient sending heavy luggage and a buggy up/down.see more

We could have done with basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee etc as we had to buy all these in. Also more toilet paper and little things like more hooks in rooms and more clothes hangers in cupboards etc but these are minor desee more

The apartment is in the very best area in the heart of the city. The building is set on a pedestrian walk by the beach, within a short walk to the Old Quarter. The private access to the front door of the building is on Zubieta Street and has a few steps. The area surrounding the apartment consists on beautiful gardens and pedestrian walks where you can experience a relaxing carefree holiday for you and your family.
This dazzling apartment with an impressive sea view has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with a dining area, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and 4 balconies. The living room and the master bedroom face the sea. Both have direct access to two balconies overlooking the bay. Two bedrooms have twin beds while the other two bedrooms have double beds. The master bedroom faces the sea and the other three bedrooms face Zubieta Street. There are four balconies in the apartment: two balconies face La Concha Bay while the other two balconies face Zubieta Street. The first bathroom is ensuite for the master bedroom and has a hot tube. The other two bathrooms have showers. There is also a half bath just by the dinning area in the living room.
