The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and close to the city attractions, it is very clean and has a modern equipped kitchen.
The terrace is very spacious and is a bonus to this apartment.

We had a great experience renting from Rental collection. The booking process and check-in was easy and quick (you go to their office to pick up the keys). They were also quick on replying to emails when we had questions.

The apartment, Las Vegas, was modern, new, and very clean. The location was on a hill just off the main roads and the buzz, meaning it was quiet. The kitchen had what you need for cooking. They had put kitchen towels and a few things you need in the kitchen, like cloth, which is not always the case when you rent. Ty red were toilet paper and small schampo and shower gel bottles. |

The location was great quiet and easy walking distance to everything.

Decidimos elegir este apartamento por su céntrica ubicación al ser una vivienda de nueva construcción tenía todas las prestaciones necesarias para vivir en ella: calefacción de gas, cocina totalmente equipada, un cómodo y espacioso aseo con una ducha de fácil acceso. Fue un acierto porque estaba en perfectas condiciones de estado y limpieza. Por último decidimos prolongar nuestra estancia y en todo momento el trato y la atención de la inmobiliaria fue resolutiva , muy atenta y cercana. Repetiremos nuestra experiencia en este apartamento

It is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator which is on a pedestrian street from where you can see the Buen Pastor cathedral at the end. This street is a nice spot with comercial activity and relaxed leisure.
It has a living room and an american kitchen both in the same space. The room has a Queen size bed with a dressing room. The restroom has a shower. It also has heating individual gas system, air conditioning and free Wifi.
