A smart and modern apartment with a lovely, expansive mountain view from the balcony and very quiet at night. Comfy beds, two great bathrooms, Nespresso machine and a Smart TV. The sofa was perfectly fine for two of us and we took advantage of the AC in the lounge on hotter days. We really liked the location - outside the hubbub of the old town although an easy 10-15 minute walk, and you can be on the beach in five minutes if you walk up the road then down the steps opposite.
The Rentals Collection were great and I’d use them again. |

Nothing at all for us but it is nearly 15 minutes walk to the old town if that matters, and a couple of minutes up a very short hill which may be relevant for those with mobility issues. We’ve stayed in the old town previously and actually preferred see more

As we both travel and work continuously, the only negative we found was a lack of working space: we solved this by putting the table plus chairs from the balcony into the apartment (after cleaning these thoroughly), but this still only offered adequate working space for one, whilst the other had to make do with a tiny table in one of the bedrooms. Seating in the living room is not particularly comfortable. On the positive side: wifi is excellent and it is quiet with a nice balcony with sun (if you are lucky to have good weather in Donostia). Superb heating system and good beds with nice linen.

When you follow the street along the flat, go down some steps, one is at the concha beach within less than 10 Minutes. Also the shopping area of San Sebastian is just a few minutes walk, and a number of restaurants and bars oppositeround the corner. We booked the private parking space, which is in the garage below the building, and there is some space there for bikes as well, which came very handy. The communication with the agency was good, they usually answered quickly. We would stay in the flat again. |

The kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, plates etc. The only a/c is in the living room so we found it best to leave the bedroom doors open at night to keep cool. The apartment is on a new road and it would have been helpful for the office to tell us to turn right at the gelateria as there were no road signs and we overshot when walking from the office to the apartment the first time but it is otherwise very close. San Sebastian is amazing and we loved every minute.
