The Dune apartment is a spacious apartment located on the sixth floor of a building with elevator and overlooking the Zurriola beach, in Gros.
This apartment has a separate room with a double bed, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with a table to enjoy the summer of San Sebastian. In addition, it has heating for the colder months and free Wi-Fi throughout the stay.
The main entrance overlooks the Zabaleta Street, known for its pintxo bars and restaurants. It is located a few steps from the surfers beach and the Kursaal Conference Centre and 10 minutes walk from the Old Town.

This apartment is perfect for a couple and the large balcony with a view of the beach is great. The balcony gets sun from mid afternoon to late evening so it’s a lovely place to sit. It’s one block back from the beach with a number of restaurants dirsee more
This apartment is perfect for a couple and the large balcony with a view of the beach is great. The balcony gets sun from mid afternoon to late evening so it’s a lovely place to sit. It’s one block back from the beach with a number of restaurants directly across the road. But the best part was the location in Gros. I much preferred it to the old town as there were way less tourists & it was much more a local area with better bars & restaurants. But it’s only a 8 minute walk along the promenade to get over to the old town. Great value & I would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic location, this flat was 10 minutes stroll from Old town but in the centre of Gros with fantastic amenities plus the beautiful beach. Loved hearing the sea and watching all the beach activities. The flat is clean and comfortable and well psee more
