Located on the eighth floor of an elegant building with a lift, the apartment is a perfect combination. Guests can enjoy unparalleled 180-degree views of San Sebastian and the famous La Concha bay.

The apartment has a living room with dining area and an open-concept kitchen. Both the dining room and kitchen overlook the large terrace. From the terrace, guests can enjoy an incomparable panoramic view of San Sebastian and La Concha beach. The bedroom is very spacious: It has a double bed and a large wardrobe. A quiet sofa bed that serves as a second sleeping area is available for guests. Due to its own wardrobe and independent access to the hallway, the second sleeping area is beautiful. There is a fully equipped bathroom with shower in the apartment.

Set on the Miraconcha seafront promenade, renowned for its direct views of La Concha beach and for its stately palaces and villas, the apartment occupies a historic building originally erected in 1905.

The living room, generously proportioned, finds its centrepiece in a floor-to-ceiling window that offers a frontal view over the bay. The panorama takes in everything in the foreground: the beaches of La Concha and Ondarreta embracing the sea, presided over by Santa Clara
Island. Alongside it, a three-seater sofa and an armchair are arranged before a carefully designed wall in which the television and a fireplace are harmoniously integrated next to a bookcase. The dining area seats four around a table that opens onto the kitchen, American-
style and fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and everything required to prepare a memorable dinner or a leisurely breakfast facing the sea.
The bedroom, very spacious, also features a large window with spectacular sea views. It offers a magnificent 180x190 bed and a large fitted wardrobe. From the bed itself one contemplates the sea and hears the murmur of the waves; a privilege that turns every
awakening into the finest moment of the day. Between the bedroom and the hall, two stacked 80x180 beds have been fitted out, dressed with a beautiful cover that incorporates them into
the living room as a second sofa. The apartment is ideal for families, as it can accommodate up to four guests.
The entrance hall houses a washer and dryer column, and the fully equipped bathroom is resolved with a generously proportioned shower.

Everything has been conceived so that the home may be enjoyed at any time of year: whisper-quiet ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom for the summer months, low-consumption electric radiators for the winter and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The windows, newly renovated in 2026 with premium frames, wrap the apartment in remarkable silence.

It occupies the first floor of a building with a lift, entered through a quite simply spectacular lobby. From that very entrance, barely a two-minute walk separates the guest from a swim in the bay.
