Though the apartment itself looks renewed/newly renovated, the building itself is falling apart. The stairs is leaning. And you can visibly see the cracks on the walls. That's why I rated the service as 7. The lift is too small. The neighbour also asee more

That's why I rated the service as 7. The lift is too small. The neighbour also always shut the door very loud, which is also not fine to hear, but that's out of control of your company I believe.
