Set on a classic sandstone building, the apartment is located in the fourth floor of a modern building with a large elevator. The building has been recently renovated keeping the former facade of the Belle Epoque period. The area surrounding the apartment consists on pedestrian walks that let the guests enjoy the best that San Sebastian has to offer just whithin a short walk. From the apartment, the best comercial streets, the Old Quarter and La Concha Beach are just "behind the corner".

Apartment was nice and location is great. Main downside was we were not advised of construction work outside which resulted in a disappointing view. Noise from the work also started at 8am every morning. It would be good to advise people of this prior to booking x
