New 126m2 apartment just in the heart of the city, in front of the Victoria Eugenia theater and the luxurious Maria Cristina hotel.
In addition to its central location, the apartment has lots of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The Opera apartment highlights both for its wondrous decoration and its central location. Just by the Old Quarter and 5 minutes walk to both La Concha an Zurriola beaches, the Opera is a large four-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a historic building were Pio Baroja was born. In fact, Opera is the apartment where the illustrious local 20th century novelist was born. As usual in some historic buildings, the front door of the building has seven steps prior to lift access.
There are four bedrooms in the apartment, three of them with two single beds each. The master bedroom comes with a double bed. There are four fully equipped bathrooms that feature wonderful showers. In addition, the Opera apartment has a charming kids playroom. Each bedroom comes with a modern and silent ceiling fan.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a designer dining area and an open concept kitchen with high-end appliances. The living room faces a French balcony overlooking the Victoria Eugenia theater, Okendo Square and the Maria Cristina hotel.
Not to mention, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available for the guests and the apartment also has heating for the winter months.

The service was excellent the moment that we arrived in San Sebastián. The office was easy to find and the instructions for the apartment were equally as easy. The location for this apartment is perfect for walking around the city and the beaches. Wesee more
The service was excellent the moment that we arrived in San Sebastián. The office was easy to find and the instructions for the apartment were equally as easy. The location for this apartment is perfect for walking around the city and the beaches. We had 6 adults, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were as well and were very clean. 4 full bathrooms made it so easy with 6 adults and there was always hot water. The rooms provided feelings of privacy which is nice with 6 adults in one space. The kitchen was incredible and the laundry made traveling very easy. There was no noise from the nightlife despite it being just a street away. We would stay here time and time again and look forward to hopefully doing so in the future. Parking is also very near as well as bus stops!
