Ubicado en la planta primera de un edificio de reciente construcción, el edificio cuenta todas las comodidades propias de un edificio moderno, con un amplio ascensor y parking opcional en el mismo edificio.

There is plenty of communal space, including 2 terraces. We couldn't fault it! It also is only 5 minutes from the beach and a lovely walk through tree lined streets to the old town, but with lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearer too.

If you turn right out of the apartment there is a lift, which takes you down to street level (in fact the street where the key collection is) but nobody mentioned this, and we came across it accidentally. Este alojamiento, renovado en marzo de 2025 por nuestro equipo de interioristas, combina diseño contemporáneo con calidez en uno de los barrios más auténticos y vibrantes de San Sebastián. Ideal para familias, parejas y grupos de amigos que quieran disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y bien comunicada. Ubicado en la primera planta de un edificio con ascensor, el acceso requiere subir dos escalones en el portal.
Con 85 m² cuidadosamente distribuidos, el apartamento acoge hasta 5 personas en tres dormitorios: uno con cama doble y dos con camas individuales. Dispone de dos baños completos, lo que garantiza comodidad incluso para estancias en grupo.
La cocina americana, moderna y totalmente equipada, te permite preparar desde un desayuno tranquilo hasta una cena improvisada con productos frescos del mercado de Gros, ubicado a solo 200 metros, en la plaza Nafarroa Behera.
