BOOKING AND PAYMENT
40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of the booking. 60 percent of the total amount will be charged one week prior the arrival day.
If the price of the reservation is less than 400€, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please add the cost of the transfer to the total amount.
We ask for a € 200 security deposit. The security deposit should be paid with credit card on arrival and it will be refunded within 24/48 hours after the departure day.
This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
- If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of the total price will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price will be charged.
Even if the circumstances which cause the cancellation are beyond the control of the client, the cancellation cost will steel depend on the number of days between the cancellation and the booking period.
If the client would like to change the booking period, the new booking dates will be considered as a new booking itself. In consequence, the cancelation costs will be still the same.
If The Rentals Collection can´t provide the booked property, The Rentals Collection has the right to transfer the client to a similar property.
If there would be no agreement between The Rentals Collection and the client, both contractual parties have the right to cancel the contract. In consecuente, The Rentals Collection will refund all the payments done by the client (except the part corresponding to the days that the property has been used).
On arrival, the check-in time is from 3pm onwards. If you expect to arrive earlier, please contact us to ensure that we do our best to let you check-in as soon as possible. You can leave your luggage in the office meanwhile.
For arrivals later than 9pm, key collection is made at the automated key dispenser located in our office. The Automated Key Dispenser is a free service for late arrivals that allows you to collect the keys when the office is closed.
For security reasons and at the request of the police, we ask for the passport or ID of all guests over 16 years old who will be staying at our properties. The keys will not be delivered if the passport or ID is not shown. For those guests who are not arriving during office hours, please send us the passport or ID in advance by email (email@example.com) or come by the office the next day. The submission is mandatory. Thank you for your cooperation.
On the departure day, the check-out time is before 11am. If you need to leave the apartment later, please contact us to ensure that we do our best to change the check-out time.
The apartment will be cleaned before the arrival of the client. When leaving, the client should leave the apartment in good conditions.
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF THE CLIENTS
The client has to inform The Rentals Collection about the amount of persons included in the booking. Except eventual agreement with The Rentals Collection, just the clients included in the booking have the right to stay in the apartment. Except eventual agreement with The Rentals Collection, pets are not allowed in the apartments. If there would be an infringement in any of the mentioned obligations, The Rentals Collection has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment with no economical compensation.
The singing client should be responsible of the rest of the clients living in the apartment. Please, take into account that in our TERMS AND CONDITIONS it is clearly forbidden to make noise, play loud music, or make parties in our apartments. If there would be an infringement in any of the mentioned obligations, The Rentals Collection has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment with no economical compensation. QUIET TIME IS FROM 9PM TO 9AM...
Neither the Rentals Collection nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may happen as a result of the use by the client of the apartment as losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior.
If there would be an infringement in any of the mentioned obligations, The Rentals Collection has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment with no economical compensation.
